# What You’ll Need:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 340g (12 ounces) Fresh Cranberries
02 - 150g (3/4 cup) Sugar
03 - 1 Orange, juiced and zested (approximately 60ml juice)
04 - 1 Cinnamon Stick

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, orange juice, and orange zest over medium heat. Add cinnamon stick.
02 - Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
03 - Continue cooking for 8-10 minutes until cranberries burst and soften, and sauce begins to thicken.
04 - Remove from heat and carefully extract the cinnamon stick from the sauce.
05 - Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

01 - One orange typically yields about 4 tablespoons (60ml) of juice. Store-bought orange juice can be substituted if fresh oranges are unavailable.
