A vibrant blend of fresh cilantro, garlic, lime and jalapeño in a creamy sauce that elevates tacos, burgers, and vegetables.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 2 cups mayonnaise (Hellman's or Duke's preferred)

→ Fresh Components

02 - 1 bunch fresh cilantro (leaves and tender stems)
03 - Juice of 1-2 limes
04 - 1-2 jalapeños, stems removed
05 - 5-10 cloves garlic

# Steps:

01 - Place the mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, and garlic into a high-speed blender.
02 - Blend on high until the sauce becomes fully smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down the sides if needed.
03 - Pour the sauce into a squeeze bottle or airtight container. Refrigerate and use throughout the week.

01 - For a milder sauce, remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeños before blending
02 - High-speed blenders create a fully smooth green sauce, while standard blenders may leave small green flecks
03 - If the sauce feels too thick, add more fresh lime juice and blend again
