Everyday Green Smoothie (Printable Version)

A refreshing blend of spinach, banana, and mango that's perfectly balanced between creamy texture and natural sweetness.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 cups fresh spinach, packed
02 - 2 cups water

→ Fruit

03 - 1 medium ripe banana
04 - 1-2 cups frozen mango chunks

# Steps:

01 - Add the spinach and water to your blender. Blend for about 1–2 minutes, until the mixture looks smooth and slightly lighter green.
02 - Add the banana and frozen mango to the blender.
03 - Blend again until completely smooth, with no visible chunks.
04 - Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker smoothie, use closer to 2 cups of frozen mango.
02 - For a lighter texture, use 1 cup of mango.
03 - Blending the spinach with water first helps even standard blenders achieve a smoother texture.
04 - Recipe can be easily doubled for serving more people.
