Tender beef and bowtie pasta in garlicky butter sauce with melted cheddar and Parmesan – ready in minutes for the perfect family dinner.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 340g bowtie pasta (farfalle)

→ Meat

02 - 450g ground beef

→ Sauce & Seasoning

03 - 3 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - 240ml beef broth

→ Cheese & Garnish

09 - 120g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 25g grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease. Season the beef with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Reduce the heat to low and add butter to the skillet with the seasoned beef. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.
04 - Pour the beef broth into the skillet and stir well to incorporate. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes to reduce slightly and develop flavor.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss thoroughly to combine with the beef mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and stir until completely melted and creamy.
06 - Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan and chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately while hot and cheese is at peak creaminess.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
02 - When reheating, add a splash of beef broth to restore moisture and creaminess.
03 - For freezing, store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months and thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
04 - Substitute bowtie pasta with penne, rotini, or shells if preferred.
05 - Add vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach for extra nutrients and flavor.
06 - Ground turkey can be substituted for beef for a lighter alternative.
