Garlic Parmesan Pizza Rolls (Printable Version)

Golden rolls stuffed with marinara, mozzarella and parmesan, brushed with garlic butter and baked to bubbly perfection.

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Roll Base

01 - 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
02 - 1/2 cup marinara sauce
03 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, divided

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
06 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, approximately 12×16 inches, ensuring enough surface area for toppings.
02 - Evenly distribute marinara sauce over the rolled dough, leaving a 1-inch border around all edges to prevent spillage.
03 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
04 - Starting from one of the longer sides, carefully roll the dough into a tight log.
05 - Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 1-inch thick slices to form individual rolls.
06 - Place the sliced rolls in a greased baking dish, arranging them with small spaces between each roll.
07 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and remaining Parmesan cheese.
08 - Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.
09 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown with bubbly cheese.
10 - Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm with additional marinara sauce for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Use fresh dough for softer, fluffier rolls
02 - Avoid overfilling with sauce to prevent the rolls from becoming soggy
03 - Cut uniform slices to ensure even baking
04 - For extra flavor, brush with additional garlic butter immediately after baking
