In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add vanilla.

Pour the warm chocolate mixture over the cereal and fold gently until fully coated.

Divide the coated cereal between two zip-top bags. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until completely covered.

Spread mixture on parchment paper and let cool 15–20 minutes (or chill 10 minutes).

Once cooled, mix in M&M's, mini pretzels, and peppermint/sprinkles. Toss gently and serve.
