# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 450 g green beans, ends trimmed

03 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
08 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 220°C.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the diced sweet potatoes and green beans.
03 - Pour the olive oil over the vegetables and add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
