12 - ½ tsp sea salt, to taste
13 - 2 tsp corn starch

→ Bang Bang Sauce

14 - ½ cup mayonnaise
15 - 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
16 - ½-1 Tbsp sriracha
17 - 1 tsp rice vinegar
18 - 2 tsp honey

→ Rice Bowl Components

19 - Cooked rice
20 - Shredded carrots
21 - Sliced cucumbers
22 - Shelled edamame
23 - Pickled onions
24 - Avocado slices
25 - Shredded cabbage
26 - Sliced green onions
27 - Sesame seeds

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly until well integrated. Adjust flavor by adding more sriracha for extra heat or more honey/sweet chili sauce for sweetness. Refrigerate until serving time.
02 - Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until glistening. Add ground turkey, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Once turkey is browned and reaches 165°F internal temperature, reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic, ginger, smoked paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
03 - Simmer mixture for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cornstarch evenly over the mixture and stir well to incorporate. Optional: stir in 2 tablespoons of prepared bang bang sauce for added flavor just before serving.
04 - Layer cooked rice as the base in each serving bowl. Arrange desired vegetables and toppings around the bowl. Spoon seasoned ground turkey mixture in the center. Drizzle generously with bang bang sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

# Helpful Advice:

01 - Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator. Turkey mixture will keep for 3-4 days while the sauce remains good for up to a week.
02 - The turkey mixture can be frozen for up to 3 months. For best results, toss with bang bang sauce before freezing.
03 - If the ground turkey mixture becomes dry, add extra soy sauce or broth as needed.
