In a bowl, combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce until fully coated.

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheese.

Spread 1/2 cup BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the cheese.

Add another 1/2 cup shredded cheese on top, then cover with a second tortilla.

Cook 3–4 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese melts.
