05 - 120ml heavy cream, cold

06 - 50g crushed graham crackers or vanilla cookies
07 - 2 tbsp melted butter

→ Version 2: Gooey Peanut Butter Center

08 - 100g creamy peanut butter
09 - 1 tbsp butter, melted
10 - 2 tbsp powdered sugar
11 - 6 small vanilla sponge cake slices or ladyfingers

→ Chocolate Coating

12 - 225g dark or milk chocolate chips
13 - 1 tsp coconut oil or vegetable oil

→ Decoration

14 - 50g melted peanut butter for drizzling
15 - 60g crushed roasted peanuts or peanut brittle

# Steps to Prepare:

01 - Beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until creamy. Chill for 30 minutes.
02 - Roll mixture into 2.5cm balls. If too soft, freeze for 10 minutes to firm up before handling.
03 - Mix peanut butter, melted butter, and powdered sugar until thick but creamy. Chill for 15 minutes, then form small 1.2cm balls and freeze for 20 minutes.
04 - Crumble vanilla sponge cake or ladyfingers and blend with 1-2 tbsp cream cheese to form a moldable dough. Flatten a small portion, place a frozen peanut butter core inside, and roll into a smooth ball.
05 - Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave. Dip each truffle until fully coated, allowing excess to drip off.
06 - Place truffles on parchment paper, drizzle with melted peanut butter, and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Chill until firm, about 30-40 minutes.
