# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons butter
02 - 8 cups miniature marshmallows (about 14 ounces)
03 - 2 cups whole marshmallows (do not melt)
04 - 6 cups crisp rice cereal

→ Coconut Mix-ins

05 - 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
06 - ¼ cup sweetened shredded coconut (for topping)

# Steps:

01 - Line a large baking sheet or a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and set aside. If using foil instead, grease it well with butter to prevent sticking.
02 - Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add 8 cups miniature marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted.
03 - Remove from heat and immediately add rice cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Fold in the additional 2 cups of whole marshmallows and 1½ cups shredded coconut until just combined.
04 - Transfer the sticky cereal mixture onto the lined pan. Using a lightly buttered spatula, gently spread the mixture evenly across the pan, being careful not to press too firmly to maintain a soft texture.
05 - Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup coconut over the top. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares.
