01 -
Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 -
Using a serrated knife, slice off the top 1.25 cm of each bread roll. Carefully hollow out the inside, leaving about 1.25 cm of bread around the sides and bottom to form a sturdy bowl.
03 -
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly.
04 -
Brush the inside and outside edges of each bread bowl with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.
05 -
In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, broccoli (if using), black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir until all ingredients are well incorporated.
06 -
Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly into each prepared bread bowl. If desired, top with additional mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
07 -
Place the filled bread bowls on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the bread edges turn golden brown. If tops brown too quickly, tent with foil.
08 -
Remove from oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes. Sprinkle with additional fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
